Road Cycling in Palos Verdes CA – “Golf Ball Climb” Go Pro HD
Cycling enthusiasts get together to ride to the highest point in Palos Verdes California. The Climb starts from the base of Palos Verdes Drive East to the top of Crest Rd which is at aproximately 1440 ft in elevation. The elevation gain is about 1000 ft in 3.5 miles, considered by “Map My Ride” to be a category 2 climb. PK, Super Dave and The Android complete four climbs. Flyin’ Ryan and Steve are using Herb’s Go Pro HD cameras to capture the ride. Our trike team is going to be doing the Long Beach Tour de Cure (Diabetes ride) called “ship? to shore” and this hill is part of that route! Thanks for the preview of the hill!
